By accessing, registering, or using the WorkFoz Platform ("Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions ("Terms"). If you do not agree with any part of these Terms, you may not use our Service.
WorkFoz provides access to AI workforce agents via a subscription model. We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue the Service, or any part thereof, at any time with or without notice. Subscribers are billed on a recurring basis as outlined at the time of purchase. Fees are non-refundable except where legally required or explicitly stated in our refund policy.
You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activities that occur under your account. You agree not to use the Service for any unlawful purpose, or in a manner that disrupts the operations or security of the WorkFoz platform. You also agree not to reverse engineer, attempt to derive the source code of, or create derivative works from the AI models.
The WorkFoz platform, including its software, designs, logos, and written content, are owned by WorkFoz and protected by intellectual property laws. Your subscription grants you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the Service for your internal business operations.
To the fullest extent permitted by law, WorkFoz shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including loss of profits, data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses, resulting from your access to or use of or inability to access or use the Service.
You agree to defend, indemnify, and hold harmless WorkFoz, its officers, directors, employees, and agents from any claims, liabilities, damages, judgments, awards, losses, costs, expenses, or fees arising out of or relating to your violation of these Terms or your use of the Service.
We may terminate or suspend your account immediately, without prior notice or liability, for any reason whatsoever, including without limitation if you breach the Terms. Upon termination, your right to use the Service will immediately cease.
These Terms shall be governed and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which WorkFoz operates, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.
